Communication Chain

Communication Chain

Following any communication from the office or Snow Commanders, you are expected to respond within a reasonable amount of time. Response rates should be 2 hours out of storm mode and within 15 minutes during storm mode.

It is imperative that you confirm all communication whether it’s sent via Voxer, phone, email or text. An acknowledgement is always expected.

Chain of Communication starts at dispatch and moves to snow commander then plow/salt operators, equipment operators, sidewalk team and shovelers.

Remember, your main point of communication when on a job site is your snow commander.
