Site Entry & Exit


Site entry procedures:
  • Follow site entry security procedures if applicable.
  • Clock into Service Autopilot for the specific location.
  • Review the site map located on the team dashboard and only service areas marked on map.
  • Check site service areas for obstructions and hazards that affect service areas marked on the site map.
  • Check site for pedestrians.
  • Review site notes as needed.
  • Take photos of the site before you begin the work.

Site exit procedures:

  • Confirm site is clear in accordance with the site map.
  • Confirm clear access to all emergency exits and hydrants.
  • Lane ways must be plowed wide enough to handle future snow buildup and drifting.
  • Snow piles must be in approved locations and at approved heights.
  • Report and accidents or damage immediately.
  • All gates must be locked and secured if applicable.
  • Take after photos of the site.
  • Clock out of the job on Service Autopilot.
