- You will receive an email from Xtreme Snow Pros which provides the the link to install Voxer on your smartphone. Xtreme Snow Pros pays monthly for your access -- there is no cost to you.
- When you set up Voxer, you must enable the GPS feature. The GPS setting only gives us the ability to see your location when you Vox us during company time -- it does not track your phone unless you are sending a message through Voxer.
- Make sure notifications are made using a loud setting. This ensures alerts will be heard when we are trying to reach you.
- Use Voxer as your primary source of communication. However, if you plan to engage in conversation, do not use Voxer. Phones should be used for conversations.
- Voxer messages should be responded to immediately when possible.
- Please look at your phone on a regular basis to check for any received messages.

To Voxer, choose the contact from the Contact list. Click on the orange circled walkie talkie at the bottom of the screen to start the chat. When the walkie talkie is green, you are in chat mode.
