Team Member Safety
Xtreme Snow Pros is committed to providing safe working conditions for its team members and service providers by being compliance with all current and applicable occupational health, safety and environmental laws. We will develop additional operations, procedures, and policies we believe are needed to provide the safest work conditions. Through education and training, team members and service providers are expected to work in a safe manner and report any unsafe practices to management.
Communication
Xtreme Snow Pros uses technology in every aspect of its operation including team member and service provider communication. During snow and ice events, communication is of the utmost importance. It is expected that all team members and service providers respond to all messages, whether email, phone, text or two-way radio, in a timely manner and all communication is verified as received.
Environment
Xtreme Snow Pros expects proper use and storage of all salts, de-icing materials and anti-icing materials at all times. We will make every effort to prevent the development of harmful environmental conditions. It is expected that all team members and service providers work in a manner that has as little negative impact on the environment as possible.
